Privacy

Short version: we keep what we need to find conversations for your product and email you about them. We don't sell anything about you, and we don't post anything on your behalf.

Who

Loudship is run by Matthieu Audo, in Montréal, Canada. Contact: hello@loudship.app.

What we collect

• Your account — your email, and the name and avatar your sign-in provider (GitHub or Google) shares. No password: we never see or store one.
• Your product memory — what you tell us about your product: its URL, facts, limitations, tone, keywords, search queries. You write it (or accept our proposal), you can edit or delete it at any time.
• Mentions — public posts from Reddit, Hacker News and Bluesky that match your keywords: title, excerpt, link, author handle, date. These are public pages; we store the excerpt so you can read the digest.
• What you do with drafts — when you mark a mention as replied or skipped, we keep the draft, the text you say you posted, and the reason. This is how your drafts get better.
• Billing — handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your plan status. We never see your card number.
• Waitlist — if you left your email before launch: that email and the date.
• Technical — request logs at our host (Cloudflare) for a few days, and the IP address on waitlist sign-ups to slow down abuse.

Why

To run your radar: find conversations, score them, draft replies grounded in your product memory, and email you a digest. To bill you. To answer you when you write. Nothing else — no advertising, no profiling, no selling.

Who touches it

Sub-processors, each for one job:

• Supabase — database and sign-in.
• Cloudflare — hosting.
• Anthropic — the AI that scores mentions and writes drafts. It receives your product memory and the mention text. Per Anthropic's API terms, this data is not used to train their models.
• Tavily — web search, used to find Reddit posts. It receives your search queries, not your identity.
• Resend — sends the digest and sign-in emails.
• Stripe — payments.
• GitHub — runs the daily radar job. It sees the job logs, not your account.

What we never do

• Post, comment, message or vote anywhere on your behalf. You read the draft, you post it yourself, always.
• Use Reddit's API or scrape it. We use a licensed web-search index.
• Sell, rent or share your data with anyone not listed above.

How long

As long as your account exists. Delete it from Settings and everything goes with it — products, memory, mentions, drafts, billing record — immediately, and your Stripe subscription is cancelled first. Emails already sent stay in your inbox, obviously.

Your rights

See, correct, export or delete your data: most of it you can do yourself in Memory and Settings. For the rest, or anything under the laws of Quebec, Canada, the EU (GDPR) or elsewhere, write to hello@loudship.app and we'll do it within 30 days.

Cookies

Only what sign-in needs: a session cookie from Supabase, and your light/dark preference. No analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we email you before it takes effect.
