What Loudship is
A service run by Matthieu Audo (Montréal, Canada) that finds public conversations relevant to your product on Reddit, Hacker News and Bluesky, and drafts replies from facts you provided. It emails you a daily digest. It never posts anything. You read, you decide, you post.
Your account
One account per person, kept to yourself. You're responsible for what you post from the drafts — read them, check the thread, follow each community's rules. A draft is a starting point, not a script.
Your product memory
What you tell us about your product must be true. The drafts repeat your facts; if the facts are wrong, the drafts are wrong, and that's on you. We propose a memory from your website, but you validate it.
Paying
- Trial — your first digest is free, no card required. One per account.
- Subscriptions — billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, in advance, renewed automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Founder — a one-time payment for lifetime access to the Solo plan, limited to 50 seats. "Lifetime" means as long as Loudship exists.
- The guarantee — if your first paid month didn't give you a single reply worth posting, email hello@loudship.app within that month and we refund it in full. No questions, no form.
- Prices can change; you'll be told at least 30 days before it affects you. Taxes may be added where the law requires.
Fair use
Each plan has limits (products, opportunities per day, AI budget). They're there to keep the service affordable, not to trip you up; if you hit one, it says so. Don't try to break, scrape or resell the service, and don't use it to spam — that gets you banned from the communities you care about, and from here.
What we don't promise
That the radar finds every relevant conversation, that a draft is always right, that a reply will bring you customers, or that Reddit, Hacker News or Bluesky will keep letting us read them. We do our best, we tell you when something breaks, and the guarantee above covers the first month. Beyond that, Loudship is provided as is, and our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Your data
Covered in the Privacy page. Short version: it stays yours, we don't sell it, delete your account and it's gone.
Ending things
You can leave any time from Settings. We can close an account that breaks these terms; if we ever shut Loudship down, you get at least 30 days' notice and a refund of any unused paid period.
Law
Quebec, Canada. Anything we can't sort out by email goes to the courts of Montréal.
